The Restorative Introduction is a 45-minute experience designed to gently reset your system. Through the intentional layering of scent, Holy Fire® Reiki, and crystal sound bowls, it offers an opportunity to settle, rebalance, and experience the restorative approach that defines Soul SPA.

The Signature Restorative

The Signature Restorative is a 75-minute immersive experience where scent, Holy Fire® Reiki, and crystal sound bowls are intentionally layered to create the conditions for energetic restoration.
As the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and space begins to emerge.
Within spaciousness, restoration unfolds.
Each experience is shaped by your energetic landscape, honoring what is present in the moment.
From a softly heated eye mask to a curated chocolate offering at the close of your session, every detail is intentionally chosen to elevate the experience from beginning to end.

The first gift of restoration is perspective.
There are moments when nothing in our lives has changed, yet somehow everything feels different. Not because the world shifted. Because we did.
When the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and the body settles into stillness, what has been quietly waiting beneath the surface has room to emerge.
Illumination begins within.
The Monthly Restorative is a collective created to make space for that quiet unfolding.
Each gathering is shaped by three distinct energies, thoughtfully chosen to reflect the season, the collective moment, or the quiet invitation of the gathering itself.
These energies become the thread woven throughout the experience, carried through candlelight, scent, Holy Fire® Reiki, and crystal sound bowls. Each element is intentionally layered to create the conditions for energetic restoration.
From this place of arrival, the gathering settles into a shared Reiki experience, where there is nothing to accomplish and nothing to prepare—only an openness to receive.
The gathering concludes with a moment of reflection and quiet integration before returning to the rhythm of daily life.
Because sometimes restoration doesn’t change what we’re looking at. It changes what we’re able to see.
